Shipping Policy
We do combine shipping, We will charge shipping & Handling once per Category.
In case you buy more then one item from the same artist you will be charged once for S&H.
For example:
in case you buy few of Ayala Bar earrings or a set of necklace and earrings you will be charged once for S&H.
in case you buy Ayala Bar Jewelry and Ilan Hubara earrings you will be charged Twice for S&H.

Our Returns Policy
We hope that you will be completely satisfied with the products that you purchase from us. Every effort is made to ensure the quality and timely delivery of the goods you have ordered. We do accept, however, that there may be a need for Customers to return products to us under some circumstances. This information will help you and us to ensure this process is completed as quickly as possible.

If your goods are defective or are damaged when you receive them, then you can return them to us for a full refund or a replacement. In this circumstance only, we will refund the cost of shipping in both directions.

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason at all, you have a 14 day trial period in which you can return it to us for a full refund or for an exchange. Shipping costs are not refundable unless the item was damaged before delivery to you, or is defective. A minimum shipping retention applies to all orders, regardless of the shipping paid as part of the order. This minimum charge is currently $20 per order.

Lost or Missing Deliveries

If you are waiting for goods from us that you think may be overdue, then please check the delivery dates first. Your order will advise you of the “normal dispatch” period of the goods and the delivery period. If the sum of these items gives a date that has passed, and you have received an email from Virtual Nations advising you the goods were dispatched, then your order may have been lost.

Once you have established the goods were dispatched and the delivery period is now exceeded then please advise us by email to We will track the package for you and advise you of its present status.
